HOW ARE DOMESTIC ORDERS SHIPPED?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Please note that inclement weather, distance from our warehouse, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend this timeframe. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information - please reach out directly to USPS with any questions regarding delivery status.

IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but you haven’t received it, please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In these cases, you’ll need to file a claim directly with USPS.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU SHIP?

We ship Monday – Fridays excluding holidays. Preparation for shipment taking up to 72h after order placement.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping in the continental United States with a total purchase of $300 and over. We only ship through USPS.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

If it's still early in the order process, you can get in touch to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address.
